How PIP-65 fee distribution works

Polygon network collects priority fees from every transaction. These fees accumulate in a multisig wallet and are periodically distributed to validators in batches.

74% goes to all active validators proportional to their stake. If your validator has 5% of total stake, they receive 5% of the 74% pool.

26% goes to the elected block producer (VEBloP) — a single validator selected by governance to produce all Polygon blocks.

Note: PIP-65 fees go to validator operators, not directly to delegators. Each validator decides independently whether and how to share these fees.
