POLTRACK DATA LICENSE

POLTRACK public data remains POLTRACK's original work, but reuse is allowed.

You may use, copy, share, adapt, and build on POLTRACK public datasets and analytics, including for commercial use, as long as you give clear attribution to POLTRACK and link back to the original source page or to poltrack.tech.

Attribution requirements

When you reuse POLTRACK data, include:

  • the name POLTRACK
  • a working link to the original page, API endpoint, or https://www.poltrack.tech
  • a short note if you modified, transformed, or combined the data
  • no wording that implies POLTRACK endorses your product, analysis, or conclusions

What this license covers

This license applies to POLTRACK's original compilation and presentation layer, including:

  • derived metrics and normalized datasets published by POLTRACK
  • validator scores, tags, rankings, and methodology outputs
  • public tables, charts, and written documentation unless noted otherwise
  • public API responses and public web pages produced by POLTRACK

Third-party sources

Some POLTRACK outputs are built from public blockchain data and third-party services such as Chainstack, Etherscan, CoinGecko, GrowThePie, and the Polygon Staking API.

This license applies to POLTRACK's original aggregation, normalization, scoring, labeling, and presentation work. It does not transfer ownership of third-party trademarks, brands, or any rights POLTRACK does not control. If your use depends on a third-party source's own terms, you are responsible for complying with them.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • present POLTRACK data as official Polygon or protocol governance data unless it is clearly labeled as a POLTRACK dataset
  • remove attribution when materially reusing POLTRACK data
  • imply partnership, certification, or endorsement by POLTRACK without written permission

No warranty

POLTRACK data is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, or completeness. You should independently verify any data used for trading, compliance, tax, legal, or operational decisions.
